I’ve lived/taught/consulted within this domain for over 10 years. I’ve had to be creative as an “outsider” in legal where I often took the path less traveled. But I stayed committed to defining who I am and trying to engage others along the way. I learned to “teach,” not sell or market. I discovered that people want to learn, not be lectured to. Teaching is the superpower to unlocking your credibility and authority.
I’ve taken my unique approach to teaching and educating to new heights over the last 3 years. In fact, I recently won two notable awards for producing modern learning and education experiences- Bloomberg Law’s Law School Innovation program where I placed in the Top 10 finalists’ group and Fast Company’s Innovation by Design winner in the learning & education category.
